Cindy Walker Monistere, RN is a native of Ponchatoula, Louisiana and is active in her community. She is a graduate of Our Lady of the Lake University where she earned her nursing degree. Cindy began her career as a telemetry nurse in 2004 and then began to pursue her life-long dream of practicing as a hospice nurse in 2006. Hospice is where she has found her calling and for the last 14 years has provided the utmost compassion to patients and families in their greatest time of need. Cindy became the Director of Nursing in 2017 and Chief Nursing officer for Passages in 2020.
